This MGB is a rare in find in that it is in original unspoiled condition and also boasts a low mileage (40,000) and low previous owners (2). The Inca yellow paintwork looks great - and would come up even better with a cut and polish we are sure. The Rostyle wheels are shod in matching tyres, and are enhanced with chrome wheel embellishers which really look the part. Period mud flaps are also fitted at the front, in addition to Lucas front spots and chrome headlight grilles. There is an MG Owner’s Club sticker in the front screen which is also a good sign!

Chrome door and wing mirrors are also fitted, which is a nice period feature.

The hood appears in great condition with only little signs of wear and tear and there is a tonneau cover in the boot.

The MG was Ziebarted when new (certificate on file) - and this probably accounts for its condition and appearance. The interior is very tidy with the original deck chair style seat covers still fitted. There is also a Harry Moss radio fitted as well, which is a nice touch.

The car was purchased by the vendor in 2021 for £8,300 and is only selling due to the fact that he hasn’t used the MG very much - and as such it is a reluctant but necessary sale.

The 1800cc B series engine sounds in rude health and the distinctive MG raspy exhaust note is also present.

Overall, a super and unspoiled rubber bumper B with a sensible reserve price. What’s not to like?
