Becoming increasingly rare this 1989 Peugeot 309 GTi is presented in Vallelunga Red with the original specification seats inside. Traditionally lost in the 205's shadow - now a bonafide hot hatch classic in its own right.

This example benefits from a recent glass out respray, which looks in excellent order. The interior has evidently been replaced at some point too, as it is in very good condition, just needing a small amount of work to finish off. Factory-fitted equipment includes quad front fog lights, a heated rear screen with a rear wiper, a rear wing, electric windows and basic heating and ventilation controls. The wheels are unmarked and the tyres are virtually new.

This is a solid example of the lesser-seen 90s hot hatch (apparently there are less than 40 on UK roads at this time), which has been tastefully modified with an Mi16 engine as fitted to the Peugeot 405. Reported to be in good mechanical order, this example is now ready to be driven as intended, where it will no doubt showcase its fantastic analogue driving experience for many more years and miles to come.
